> 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using X Sentinel's AI security platforms ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services. X Sentinel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

> 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

X Sentinel provides AI-powered security intelligence platforms including:

• > X Sentinel Atlas — Enterprise and government intelligence solutions

> 3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to:

• > Maintain the security of account credentials
• > Use Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• > Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code
• > Not use Services for illegal surveillance or unauthorized monitoring

> 4. DATA SECURITY & PRIVACY

X Sentinel employs enterprise-grade security measures including end-to-end encryption, secure cloud architecture, and compliance with international data protection standards. All data processed through our platforms is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and government security frameworks.

> 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All AI models, algorithms, software, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of X Sentinel. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose only.

> 6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

X Sentinel strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for critical security services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, and emergency responses. Enterprise customers receive priority support and advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

> 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

X Sentinel provides AI-assisted security intelligence as a tool to enhance existing security measures. While our systems are designed for high accuracy, users remain responsible for their security decisions and implementations. X Sentinel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

> 8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate service agreements with 30 days written notice. X Sentinel reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or security threats. Upon termination, users must cease all use of Services and may request data export within 60 days.

> 9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by international technology and security law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with established technology industry standards. Government and enterprise contracts may be subject to additional jurisdiction-specific terms.
